At Drs. Schween, Schmidt & Warn, we believe it’s important for you to understand your rights and protections against surprise medical bills. When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing. Insurance

At Drs. Schween, Schmidt & Warn, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

Payment

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also participate with a third-party financing company, CareCredit. Please ask our staff for more information.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, contact us at 330-725-8449.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
